1. What Data is Collected

Server Log Data: Virtually every website you visit on the Internet, including ours, logs your interactions including, but not limited to, your IP address, the URL you entered the website from, what webpages you viewed, how long you viewed each web page, what files you downloaded, what videos you watched, what browser you use, and what operating system you use. This server log data is automatically collected by the server that hosts our website. We contract with Verio, Inc. to host our website, so while Dexadine doesn't directly collect server log data, we have access to it.

Transaction Data: If you purchase a Dexadine product you will provide certain personal information including name, postal address, email address, phone number, and billing information (such as credit card numbers) to MyCommerce, whom we contract with to handle sales. While Dexadine doesn't directly collect this transaction data, we have access to it excluding billing information such as credit card numbers.

Email Data: If you email Dexadine we receive your email address and any other information included in your email.

Software Products: Our software products may upload the IP address and ID of the computer the software is running on to the internet server hosting our website.

Advertisements: There are no third party advertisements on the Dexadine website, so there's no data collected or tracking associated with such advertisements.

Cookies: Cookies are files placed on your hard drive when you visit certain websites, but our website does not use cookies, so there's no data collected.

 

2. How We Use Personal Data and Other Information

Server Log Data: We use this data to analyze how our website is used such as how many times webpages are viewed, the number of times videos are watched, or files are downloaded. We analyze what URL's link to our website and how many unique visitors there are in a given time period.

Transaction Data: We use this data for customer support, such as if a customer needs to reinstall our software, but cannot find their registration codes.

Email Data: We use this data to answer questions and for customer support, such as troubleshooting, or providing instructions.

Software Products: The uploaded IP address and computer ID are used to track registration compliance per our software user license agreement. Users affirm their agreement with our user license by clicking a checkbox in order to install our software.

 

3. How We Share or Disclose Data and Information

Server Log Data: We don't share, disclose or sell any of this data which is identifiable to a particular IP address. However, Verio, Inc., which hosts our website, collects this data and uses it according to their own Privacy Policy.

Transaction Data: We don't share, disclose or sell any of this data apart from what's needed to support our customers. However, MyCommerce, which handles our sales, collects this data and uses it according to their own Privacy Policy.

Email Data: We don't share, disclose or sell any of this data. However, we may forward to, or copy Oehler Research on an email if needed to provide customer support. Oehler Research independently sells our product(s), so sometimes we need to involve them in customer support issues.

Software Products: We don't share, disclose or sell any of this data.

 

4. Data Security

We employ software and measures designed to protect personal information in our custody and control in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure. Unfortunately, no data storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. By using this website you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and Dexadine through this website or by email with Dexadine cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party, despite our best efforts.
