With the popup menu open, select an initial adjustment. Negative values move the bullet's strike point to the left, so -2.0 is a good place to start in this case. Remember that 1 MOA at 100 yards is about 1 inch, but at 300 yards it would be about 3 inches, so 2 MOA is going to move the strike point about 6 inches to the left.
