Wind Dir

Wind direction is entered as a relative clock value rather than an absolute compass direction. Looking down from above assume you are in the center of the clock and the target is at 12:00 O'clock. A cross wind would be from either 3:00 O'clock or 9:00 O'clock, and a tail wind would be from 6:00 O'clock.
